Rules in recording Special Journal

1. The transaction date is recorded at the transaction column. Date must be sorted chronologically.
2. Buyer or seller name is recorded at the Description column.
3. Folio column is used to record reference when doing posting.
4. Amount column is used to record the total amount per transaction.
