Balance Sheet

Accounting equation can be expressed in balance sheet. The top part of the balance sheet is the asset, middle part is the liabilities while the bottom part is the capital. Fixed Assets are listed at the top part of the Balance Sheet. Fixed Assets which will be kept by the business for longest will be sorted first.
